Anti-Social Behaviour
We will:

  • Provide a range of preventative measures to reduce ASB
  • Take speedy and appropriate action against anyone whose behaviour adversely affects the quality of your life
  • Use a range of methods to deal with ASB, and keep all parties regularly informed of progress
  • Arrange an appointment within 5 working days from receiving your complaint or 24 hours in more urgent cases
  • Keep a detailed record of all contact with you and provide access to this information if required
  • Work with other agencies to resolve cases of nuisance and ASB
