We will:
- Provide a range of preventative measures to reduce ASB
- Take speedy and appropriate action against anyone whose behaviour adversely affects the quality of your life
- Use a range of methods to deal with ASB, and keep all parties regularly informed of progress
- Arrange an appointment within 5 working days from receiving your complaint or 24 hours in more urgent cases
- Keep a detailed record of all contact with you and provide access to this information if required
- Work with other agencies to resolve cases of nuisance and ASB
