We welcome you telling us when you have received an excellent service, or if you have a general comment about the service you have received from LHT.
We try to get our service right first time, but there may be occasions when we don't.
We want to make it easy for you to register a complaint; you can telephone us, report your complaint via our website, use LHT's complaints form, or write to us.
Once you have made a complaint, we will acknowledge it within 3 working days.
LHT will offer you a resolution to the matter within 10 working days of the complaint being received.
