Our offices are open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday, except Public Holidays.
We will:
- Display our opening times
- Have a range of LHT information available
- Ensure our reception areas are clean and tidy
- Be polite and helpful to all visitors
- Ensure our offices are accessible to all
- Greet everyone within 5 minutes of visiting our offices
- Provide private interview rooms, should you wish to talk to our staff privately
- See you within 10 minutes of your pre-booked appointment time
- Try to see you, or make a suitable appointment for you, if you visit our office and do not have an appointment
