Giving us as much information as possible about your repair makes it easier for us to help you.
The length of time your repair will take depends on the type of work involved. We have four different
priority groups (see table below).
If you report an urgent or routine repair, we will arrange a suitable appointment for you, and confirm
the details in writing.
In some instances it may be necessary to undertake an inspection before the work is carried out.
You will also receive a satisfaction survey, asking for feedback on the work carried out.
For emergency and out of hours repairs, LHT will carry out a random sample phone survey.
We will ensure that all gas appliances and installations are checked at least every 12 months.
