Get involved - help us keep improving!
We want you, our customers, to help us keep improving by telling us what you think of
our services and helping to shape the way they are delivered.
There are lots of ways you can do this, including:
- Becoming a member of the tenant panel
- Attending a focus group
- Providing articles for our newsletter
- Commenting on our performance or policies
- Becoming a Tenant Auditor
- Becoming a member of your local tenants and residents association
- Taking part in surveys
In 2007/08 we will involve a wider range of tenants through the development of tenant forums
for Black and Racial Minority tenants and those living in sheltered and supported housing.
